Key Responsibilities:

- Take end-to-end ownership of Accounts

- Manage and supervise the accounting team and ensure timely completion of day-to-day accounting activities

- Own monthly, quarterly and annual closing of books

- Review and ensure accuracy of P&L;, Balance Sheet, ledgers and reconciliations

- Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, collections, payments and bank reconciliations

- Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, banks and other external stakeholders

- Prepare and review monthly MIS and management reports

- Monitor outstanding receivables/payables and support effective working-capital management

- Establish and strengthen accounting processes, controls and SOPs

- Identify accounting errors,



process gaps and financial leakages and ensure corrective action

What We Are Looking For:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 46 years of post-qualification experience

- Strong hands-on experience in Accounts & Accounting Operations

- Should have experience managing the complete accounting cycle

- Robust understanding of P&L;, Balance Sheet, reconciliations, month-end closing and statutory compliance

- Experience managing or supervising a small Accounts team

- Experience in logistics, freight, supply chain or a services business would be an advantage
