Role Summary

Own and scale a portfolio of enterprise managed services built on third-party platforms, OEM tools, and ISV technologies. Focus on standardization, profitability, scalability, and service differentiation for large enterprise customers.

What Youll Do

- Define managed service offerings across cloud, infrastructure, security operations, and network services
- Standardize service tiers and build roadmaps aligned to automation and AIOps
- Own product relationships with tool and platform vendors
- Evaluate and consolidate tools for cost, scalability, and efficiency
- Define and improve pricing models, cost structures, and service profitability




- Package services for go-to-market and enable sales teams
- Support RFPs, renewals, and service expansions
- Manage service lifecycle, operations, KPIs, and continuous improvement

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Strong experience in Managed Services or IT Operations
- Deep understanding of SLAs, ITIL, service design, and delivery economics
- Exposure to AIOps, ITSM, monitoring, and SOC platforms
- Ability to productize services
