About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Management Consultant who can work closely with business owners (SMEs/MSMEs) to identify challenges, improve systems, and drive business growth through structured strategies and execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze client business operations, financials, and processes
- Identify gaps in sales, marketing, operations, and management systems
- Design and implement structured business frameworks (SOPs, dashboards, KPIs)
- Develop strategies to improve revenue, profitability, and efficiency
- Guide clients in building scalable systems and processes
- Conduct regular review meetings and track performance metrics
- Support clients in team management, accountability, and decision-making
- Deliver presentations, reports, and actionable insights

Key Skills Required
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Knowledge of business operations, sales, and finance
- Ability to understand and simplify complex business challenges
- Strong planning and execution mindset
- Client handling and relationship management skills

Qualifications




- MBA / MSW / BBA / Commerce / Engineering (preferred)
- Perficient knowledge in MS Office and basic Ai Tools
- Experience in Human Resource Department, Business Operations, or Management Roles is an advantage
- Freshers with strong business acumen can also apply
