Role :

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong bookkeeping and management accounting experience, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with hospitality sector clients and Irish accounts will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities :

- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts.
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure financial data accuracy.
- Analyze financial performance and provide meaningful business insights.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
- Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve accounting queries.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives and reporting enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 4 years of experience in bookkeeping and preparation of management accounts.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively as a team player.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in the hospitality sector.
- Experience handling Irish accounts.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with the following tools will be considered an added advantage:

- Basecone
- Twinfield
- Power BI
