Preventive and breakdown maintenance of fabrication and machine-shop equipment.
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of shearing, bending, punching and forming machines - CNC / VMC and other machine-shop equipment.
- Hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Attend machine breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
- Carry out routine inspection, lubrication, adjustments and replacement of worn-out components.
- Follow preventive maintenance schedules and maintain basic maintenance records.
- Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams for smooth machine operation.
Educational qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical preferred.
- Experience in fabrication and machine-shop maintenance preferred.
- Candidates with Mechanical + Electrical maintenance knowledge will be preferred.
