Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee plant maintenance, machinery upkeep and engineering operations at an FMCG manufacturing facility in Bhiwadi. The candidate should have solid experience in FMCG, Food Processing, Edible Oil, Manufacturing or Process Industries.

Key Responsibilities

Manage overall plant maintenance and engineering activities.

Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.

Ensure maximum availability and reliability of plant machinery and equipment.

Minimize machine breakdowns, downtime and production losses.

Supervise maintenance of electrical, mechanical, utility and production equipment.

Coordinate with the Production team to ensure smooth plant operations.

Lead and manage the maintenance team, technicians and contractors.

Maintain maintenance schedules, records, reports and documentation.

Identify recurring equipment problems and implement corrective actions.





Manage spare parts, maintenance tools and inventory requirements.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements and plant SOPs.

Control maintenance costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

Support installation, commissioning and modification of plant machinery/equipment.

Drive continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

8+ years of relevant experience in Plant Maintenance/Engineering.

Experience in FMCG / Edible Oil / Food Processing / Manufacturing / Process Industry preferred.

Strong knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical maintenance.

Experience handling plant machinery, utilities and maintenance teams.

Good knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.

Strong troubleshooting, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
