Job Purpose

Responsible for managing complete plant maintenance, utilities, electrical systems, automation and equipment reliability to ensure maximum machine availability, minimum breakdowns, protected operations and optimum maintenance cost.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of all plant machinery and utilities.
- Ensure maximum machine availability, MTBF improvement and MTTR reduction.
- Handle maintenance of CNC Laser Cutting, Press Brake, Power Press, Spot Welding, Powder Coating and Assembly Lines.
- Manage electrical systems, PLC, HMI, VFD, servo, motors, panels and industrial automation.
- Manage utilities including compressors, DG, transformers, HVAC, pumps, water systems and other plant utilities.
- Plan and execute PM schedules, shutdown maintenance and machine overhauling.




- Conduct RCA / Why-Why / Fishbone Analysis for major and repetitive breakdowns.
- Manage critical spares, maintenance inventory, AMC and external vendors.
- Drive TPM, OEE, Kaizen, energy-saving and maintenance cost-reduction initiatives.
- Ensure LOTOTO, electrical & Mechanical safety, machine safety and statutory compliance.
- Lead and develop maintenance engineers, technicians, electricians and contract manpower.
- Monitor maintenance performance, breakdown trends, manpower and maintenance cost.
- Support new machine installation, commissioning, CAPEX projects and process improvements.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, EHS, Projects, Purchase and SCM for smooth plant operations.
- Ensure Maintenance documentation, SOPs, PM checklists, machine history and technical records.
- Ensuring all Legal/ISO compliance related to Maintenance functions.
- Hands-on experience in SAP PM/MM for PR/PO creation, vendor creation, service/AMC PO, GRN/SES, spare procurement.
