Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Head to manage maintenance and engineering activities for our foam and mattress manufacturing plant, ensuring maximum machine uptime and smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ensure maximum uptime of production machines and plant utilities.
- Handle maintenance of foam/mattress machinery, compressors, boilers, DG, electrical and utility systems.
- Plan preventive maintenance schedules and manage breakdowns.
- Maintain critical spares and control maintenance costs.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, EHS and external vendors.




- Lead the maintenance team and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Drive machine efficiency, energy saving and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with electrical, mechanical and safety requirements.

Qualification & Experience
- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- 3–8 years' experience in manufacturing maintenance.
- Experience in foam, mattress, furniture, textile or similar industries preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, team-management and problem-solving skills.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
