Key Responsibilities
- Operations Oversight: Manage daily repairs, installations, and upkeep of machinery, buildings, and utilities.
- Preventive Maintenance: Design and implement routine maintenance schedules to prevent unexpected equipment failures.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, supervise, and mentor maintenance technicians, contractors, and support staff.
- Budget Management: Track department expenses, forecast inventory needs, and order spare parts or tools.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations (such as local codes or OSHA standards) to maintain a secure work environment
Pay: ₹20,950.95 - ₹71,952.68 per month
