- Breakdown & Preventive Maintenance: Fix machine failures quickly and run routine checks to prevent future issues.

- Equipment Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults.

- Team Supervision: Assign daily tasks to technicians and workers, and monitor their performance.

- Inventory Control: Manage spare parts stock and coordinate procurement when supplies run low.

- Safety Compliance: Ensure the team follows workplace safety rules and uses proper protective gear.

- Record Keeping: Maintain logs of machine downtime, repairs, and maintenance schedules.

- Required Skills & Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with electrical panels, motors, VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives), and general factory machinery.

- Experience:



Usually requires 2 to 5+ years of plant or factory maintenance experience.

- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze breakdowns and reduce machine downtime.

- Communication: Good coordination skills to work smoothly with production and management teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
