Position Overview

MNC is seeking a Mechanical / Electrical Maintenance Technician to support the reliable and safe operation of plant equipment in an aerospace and aluminium sand-casting manufacturing environment. The role will focus on preventive and breakdown maintenance, equipment troubleshooting and maintaining production continuity across a three-shift operation.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery and plant equipment.

Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults to minimize equipment downtime.

Carry out inspection, servicing, lubrication, alignment, replacement and repair of machine components as required.

Troubleshoot motors, sensors, control panels, electrical circuits and other industrial electrical systems within the technicians competency.

Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, checklists and preventive-maintenance schedules.





Coordinate with production and maintenance team members for timely restoration of equipment.

¢ Follow plant safety procedures, lockout/tagout requirements and standard maintenance practices.

¢ Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability, safety and productivity.

Candidate Profile

¢ ITI / Diploma or relevant technical qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

¢ Relevant industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

¢ Basic understanding of mechanical equipment, electrical systems, preventive maintenance and fault finding.

¢ Ability to work effectively in a three-shift manufacturing setting.

¢ Good discipline, safety awareness, teamwork and problem-solving skills.

¢ Candidates from nearby industrial areas such as Chakan / Sawardari may be preferred.
