Preferred Candidate Strong Electrical Maintenance experience in Rubber / Injection Molding

Manufacturing is mandatory; PLC, VFD and electrical panel troubleshooting experience preferred

Preferred Industry Rubber / Polymer/ Automotive Components / Plastic / Packaging / Molding &

Injection Molding / Similar Manufacturing Industries

Job Purpose To ensure smooth, safe, and productive operation of all production and utility equipment - including rubber molding, injection molding, and mixing machines - through effective preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance. The role focuses on minimizing downtime, improving equipment reliability, and supporting continuous improvement and safety initiatives.

Major Duties &

Responsibilities

- Execute preventive and breakdown electrical maintenance of rubber

molding, injection molding and auxiliary machines
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in machines, control panels, motors,

VFDs, sensors and electrical circuits
- Troubleshoot basic PLC / HMI / automation-related faults
- Maintain and troubleshoot MCC, PCC, control panels and distribution

systems
- Maintain motors, pumps, starters, contactors, relays, sensors and other

electrical components
- Monitor and maintain plant electrical distribution systems
- Support maintenance of transformers, DG sets, compressors, chillers,

cooling towers and other utilities
- Conduct regular inspection of electrical equipment and identify

potential failures
- Maintain electrical maintenance logs, breakdown reports and

preventive maintenance records




- Maintain electrical spares and coordinate spare-parts planning
- Support installation and commissioning of new machines and electrical

systems
- Monitor energy consumption and identify opportunities for energy

saving
- Support annual shutdown maintenance planning and execution
- Coordinate with Production, Quality and other departments
- Ensure electrical safety and statutory compliance
- Participate in TPM, Kaizen and 5S activities
