- Guest Requests: Respond quickly to front desk or guest calls to resolve room issues like faulty lights or AC problems.
- Preventive Maintenance: Inspect heating and cooling (HVAC) units, plumbing, and electrical systems on a regular schedule to stop problems before they start.
- General Upkeep: Paint walls, patch drywall, touch up furniture, and maintain public areas like the lobby or pool.
- Safety Checks: Ensure all building areas meet health, fire, and safety codes.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
