Role Description This is a full-time, in office Graphic Designer role based in Faridabad, India.

The Graphic

Designer will translate complex concepts into clear, engaging visual communication for social impact organizations, working across print, digital, and multimedia formats. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing visual identities, layouts, and templates; designing reports, publications, presentations, and social media assets; and collaborating with writers, strategists, and filmmakers to ensure cohesive storytelling. The role also involves preparing production-ready files, coordinating with printers and vendors when needed, and maintaining brand consistency across all materials.

Designer is expected to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines,



and contribute creative ideas that strengthen both client work and studio practice.

- Degree in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Visual Communication, or a related discipline (essential)
- 4–5+ years of proven graphic design experience (this is not an entry-level position)
- Expertise in publication and report design (required)
- Mastery of typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling
- Ability to conceptualize and deliver compelling design solutions from briefs
- Exceptional communication skills—for collaborating with both clients and colleagues
- Comprehensive knowledge of the creative and design landscape

- Experience with NGOs, development sector, UN agencies, CSR, government, or funding organizations
- Familiarity with AI design tools
