Role & responsibilities
- Operate production machines as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform basic machine setup and adjustments under supervision.
- Monitor machine operation and maintain required production output.
- Check product dimensions and quality as per given specifications.
- Perform basic cleaning, lubrication, and routine machine care.
- Report machine abnormalities, breakdowns, or quality issues to the supervisor.
- Follow safety rules, 5S, and company procedures.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and work area cleanliness.
- Support the production and maintenance team as required.
Preferred candidate profile
- Basic knowledge of machines, tools, and measuring instruments.
- Ability to read basic drawings/instructions.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Valuable discipline, attendance, and learning attitude.
- Safety-conscious and team-oriented.
