Position: Machine Operator / Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor production/packaging machines as per standard operating procedures.
- Ensure smooth functioning of machines and timely completion of production targets.
- Supervise day-to-day production and packaging activities.
- Monitor production quality and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.
- Identify basic machine/production issues and coordinate with the maintenance team when required.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, and operational documentation.
- Manage and coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Ensure proper packing, handling, and movement of finished products.
- Follow company safety, quality,



and housekeeping guidelines.

Shift Details

- 3 rotational shifts
- Shift timings will be as per production requirements.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
