Key Responsibilities:

- Perform and support Microsoft 365 migration activities for users, mailboxes, and collaboration workloads.

- Work on Exchange Online migration from on-premises Exchange or other email platforms to Microsoft 365.

- Handle mailbox migration, migration batches, migration endpoints, and migration troubleshooting.

- Support migration of OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.

- Troubleshoot issues related to mail flow, Outlook, mailbox access, permissions, and authentication.

- Perform pre-migration assessment, user readiness checks, migration validation, and post-migration support.

- Monitor migration progress and resolve failed or stuck migration batches.

- Work with Exchange Admin Center (EAC) and Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

- Handle user accounts, licenses, groups, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and permissions.

- Use PowerShell for Microsoft 365 administration and migration-related activities.

- Troubleshoot DNS records, Autodiscover, MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC issues related to email migration.

- Coordinate with L1, L3,



network, security, and application teams for complex issues.

- Prepare migration documentation, status reports, and troubleshooting guides.
