Conduct research and development activities for current products and formulations.

Develop and optimize formulations and manufacturing processes.

Prepare and review R&D; trial batches, development reports, and protocols.

Perform trial planning, experimentation, and process optimization.

Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, and Analytical R&D; teams during product development.

Evaluate raw materials, excipients, and packaging materials for product development.

Conduct stability studies and monitor stability data as per applicable guidelines.

Prepare and maintain BMR/BPR, specifications, SOPs, and other R&D; documents.

Support technology transfer from R&D; to commercial manufacturing.

Investigate process/formulation-related issues and recommend corrective actions.

Ensure R&D; activities comply with GMP, regulatory requirements, and company quality standards.

Maintain proper documentation and ensure data integrity throughout development activities.

Support scale-up and exhibit/validation batches.

Participate in process improvement and cost optimization initiatives.

Prepare technical documents required for regulatory submissions and product approvals

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
