Job Summary
We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Logistics Faculty to join our academic team. The faculty member will be responsible for delivering engaging classroom and practical training in logistics and supply chain management, helping students develop the knowledge and skills required for careers in the logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver effective and engaging lectures on logistics and supply chain management.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, training materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Teach topics such as:
- Logistics and Supply Chain Management
- Warehousing and Inventory Management
- Transportation and Distribution
- Freight Forwarding
- Import and Export Procedures
- Shipping and Documentation
- Procurement and Purchasing
- Port and Terminal Operations
- Customs Procedures and Compliance
- Incoterms and International Trade
- Cargo Handling and Packaging
- Logistics Information Systems
- Provide practical examples and industry-related case studies to enhance student understanding.
- Conduct tests, assessments, presentations, and practical sessions.
- Monitor and evaluate students’ academic performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate attendance, assessment, and academic records.
- Support students with academic guidance and career-related advice.
- Stay updated with current logistics industry practices, regulations, technologies, and trends.
- Coordinate with other faculty members and the academic/HR team when required.
- Participate in seminars, workshops,
training programs, and other institutional activities.
- Maintain a professional and positive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Shipping, Port Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications in logistics or supply chain management will be an added advantage.
- Previous experience in logistics, shipping, supply chain, freight forwarding, or a related industry is preferred.
- Teaching or training experience is an advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain concepts.
- Valuable communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and practically.
- Good classroom management skills.
- Ability to prepare teaching materials and assessments.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant logistics/supply chain software is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and stay updated with industry developments.
Experience 1–3 years of relevant industry or teaching experience preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹41,191.84 per month
