Role & responsibilities

- Managing and ensuring the accuracy of Stock (Marketing) like FG, DG, expiry, near expiry and POP materials, etc.

- Managing incoming and outbound shipping of FG Stock/ POP materials as entered in Tally v/s physically.

- Order processing with prior and after checking in all aspects like Rate, Quantity, Name before Dispatch.

- Ensure quantity tracking with 100% accuracy on every bill as sales promotion or delivery.

- Ensure inventory and bill is properly documented and ordered, as well as to guarantee delivery schedules are adhered to.

- Coordination with Marketing, Sales, Design and Accounts teams for the order process.

- Billing for promotional goods to all Sales Staff with prior approval and keeping track record.

- Physical v/s Tally stock reconciliation on a daily basis as cycle count based on past dispatched also 100% stock on month end.

- Ensure that FIFO (first-in-first-out) is followed.

- Ensure outdated and defective goods are not stored.
