Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Traffic Executive to manage vehicle movement, dispatch coordination, transportation planning, and logistics support. The candidate will ensure smooth movement of goods, timely dispatch, driver coordination, and proper documentation related to transportation activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily vehicle movement and dispatch schedules.
- Monitor inbound and outbound transportation activities.
- Communicate with drivers, transport vendors, and warehouse teams.
- Track delivery status and ensure on-time dispatch.
- Maintain transport records, LR copies, invoices, and dispatch documents.
- Handle vehicle allocation and route planning.
- Follow up on pending deliveries and transport delays.
- Ensure compliance with company transport and safety policies.




- Prepare daily transportation and dispatch reports.
- Support logistics and planning departments for smooth operations.

Requirements
- Any Degree / Diploma.
- Experience in logistics, transport coordination, dispatch, or traffic operations preferred.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of transport documentation and dispatch processes is an added advantage.
