JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a responsible and organized Logistics Executive to manage day-to-day logistics, dispatch, and transportation operations. The candidate will coordinate with transporters, drivers, customers, warehouse, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of materials.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage daily dispatch and transportation activities from the manufacturing unit
- Coordinate with transporters, logistics companies, drivers, and customers
- Arrange vehicles according to material quantity, destination, and delivery requirements
- Prepare and verify Invoices, Delivery Challans, E-Way Bills, LR/Bilty, and other dispatch documents
- Track dispatched materials and maintain proper delivery records
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Accounts, and Sales teams for smooth dispatch operations
- Follow up with transporters regarding shipment status and delivery confirmation
- Handle issues related to delayed, damaged, short, or misplaced materials
- Maintain records of freight charges, transportation expenses, PODs, and transporter bills
- Coordinate loading, unloading,



and proper packing of materials
- Maintain daily logistics and dispatch reports
- Verify transporter bills and supporting documents before submitting them for payment
- Maintain transporter details, vehicle records, freight rates, and delivery records
- Ensure timely and cost-effective movement of materials

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Candidate must have a Manufacturing industry background, with prior experience working in a logistics company
- Good knowledge of logistics, dispatch, transportation, and warehouse coordination
- Knowledge of GST documents, E-Way Bill, Delivery Challan, Invoice, LR/Bilty, and POD
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations
- Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple dispatches and deliveries simultaneously
- Good negotiation skills with transporters
- Knowledge of Tally/ERP software will be an advantage
- Strong documentation and problem-solving skills

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
- Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
- 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing company

Pay: ₹28,000.00 per month
