Role & responsibilities

- Daily Operations: Manage day-to-day IPC activities, including shipment receiving, unloading, scanning, sorting, segregation, bagging and dispatch.
- Shipment Processing: Ensure shipments are processed accurately and within defined timelines, following Delhivery's SOPs and operational standards.
- Inbound & Outbound Coordination: Monitor inbound vehicle arrivals, shipment unloading, processing and timely outbound dispatch.
- Shipment Tracking: Track pending, delayed, misrouted, damaged and exception shipments, ensuring timely resolution and escalation.
- Manpower Coordination: Coordinate with Team Leaders, Ground Coordinators and operational staff for shift planning, task allocation and workforce utilization.
- System & Scanning Compliance: Ensure all shipments are scanned correctly and updated in the system at every required processing stage.
- Productivity Monitoring: Monitor processing TAT, shipment accuracy, team productivity and adherence to operational targets.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with hubs, gateways,



transport teams and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment movement.
- Exception Management: Identify operational bottlenecks, report discrepancies and support corrective actions to minimize shipment delays and losses.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to workplace safety, security, housekeeping and shipment-handling guidelines.
- Process Improvement: Identify recurring operational challenges and support initiatives to improve processing efficiency and service quality.

Preferred candidate profile

- Basic knowledge of logistics, warehouse or shipment-processing operations.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, email and basic computer applications.
- Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain operational records and prepare daily reports.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per operational requirements.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced operational environment.
