Role & responsibilities

- Export Operations

- Manage end-to-end export shipments by Air, Sea, Road, and Courier.

- Prepare and verify export documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, and other customer-specific documents.

- Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, customers, and internal departments.

- Ensure shipments are dispatched as per customer schedules and committed delivery timelines.

- Monitor shipment status until final delivery to the customer.

- Import Operations

- Handle end-to-end import shipments, including documentation and customs clearance.

- Coordinate with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and transporters.

- Verify import documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Entry, Bill of Lading/AWB, and Certificate of Origin.

- Ensure timely customs clearance and delivery of imported materials to the plant.





- Monitor duty payments, detention, demurrage, and other logistics-related costs.

- Statutory Compliance

- Ensure compliance with applicable Customs, DGFT, FEMA/RBI, GST, and foreign trade requirements.

- Handle IEC, LUT, Advance Authorization/EPCG and other applicable export-import schemes.

- Maintain proper records for statutory, internal, customer, and external audits.

- Coordinate for closure of export/import documentation and regulatory requirements.
