Role Description The Logistics Coordinator will manage day-to-day coordination of freight movements, ensuring timely pickup, transit, and delivery of loads through RAAHO’s platform. This full-time on-site role, based in Vijayawada, involves monitoring shipments, updating stakeholders on status, and resolving operational issues to maintain smooth logistics flows. The individual will collaborate with shippers, fleet suppliers, and drivers to confirm bookings, manage documentation, and support real-time tracking and exception handling.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of inventory and shipments, aligning delivery schedules with customer requirements,



and supporting continuous process improvement. The role requires close interaction with internal operations and customer service teams to uphold service levels and enhance overall logistics performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret logistics data, monitor performance, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with shippers, fleet suppliers, drivers, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, manage expectations, and resolve shipment-related issues.

- Candidates should possess foundational Supply Chain Management skills to understand end-to-end logistics processes and optimize flow of goods.

- Relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations; a diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is beneficial.
