- Manage the day-to-day activities and operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

- Work closely with the logistics team to ensure product availability as per demand planning.

- Develop and implement strategies for stock management, distribution, transportation, and customer service.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and share them with management.

- Create invoices and shipping documents to facilitate timely dispatch of products.

- Ensure the timely coordination with transporters for pick-up and delivery, ensuring products reach customers in good condition and on time.

- Allocate work to team members, ensuring they meet their assigned targets.





- Book vehicles for daily dispatch and follow up with transporters to ensure timely delivery and proper condition of goods.

- Ensure transparent and timely communication with the sales, service, and logistics teams, as well as with transporters, to keep everyone updated and ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills

- Should be graduate from any stream

- 1-2 Years experience in the logistics industry
- good in MS office
