Phox Health is hiring Logistics Coordinators to support our 24x7 US Operations from our Global Operations Control Tower.

In this role, you will coordinate the day-to-day execution of US last-mile operations during your assigned shift, working closely with drivers, pharmacies, laboratories, City Managers, and internal teams to keep deliveries on track and resolve operational issues in real time.

What you'll do:

- Manage daily driver operations: Allocate drivers to routes, pharmacies, laboratories, and delivery requirements; monitor driver availability and schedules through Zoho; coordinate changes with City Managers; and ensure smooth shift handovers.
- Plan and monitor routes: Create and manage delivery routes across US markets based on shipment volumes, driver availability, geography, and market-specific processes. Monitor route execution and make real-time adjustments to maintain delivery TAT.
- Coordinate live operations: Act as the SPOC for operational queries and issues during your shift. Coordinate with drivers, pharmacies, laboratories, City Managers, and internal teams to manage pickup/delivery issues, shipment readiness, delays, route or system issues, and escalations through resolution.
- Manage specialized shipments: Coordinate Sky Phox air shipments, including identifying shipments requiring air movement, flight bookings, tracking, and status updates. Monitor temperature-controlled shipments, temperature alerts and potential breaches, and coordinate timely corrective action.




- Monitor deliveries and resolve exceptions: Track geo-fence alerts and delivery validation, investigate discrepancies, and manage delayed pickups/deliveries, failed attempts, driver and route issues, shipment discrepancies, and other operational exceptions before they impact TAT or service levels.
- Maintain operational continuity: Support driver onboarding and portal management, maintain accurate driver and operational records, coordinate schedule and route changes with City Managers, maintain market-specific operational knowledge, and ensure clear documentation and shift handovers across the 24x7 operation.

What we're looking for

- Experience in last-mile logistics, delivery operations, fleet/dispatch operations, transportation, or a logistics control tower.
- Hands-on experience coordinating drivers/riders/courier partners and managing live delivery operations.
- Experience with route planning, delivery tracking, TAT/SLA monitoring, and operational exception handling.
- Solid coordination and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple live issues during a shift.
- Comfortable working with operational systems, schedules, spreadsheets, and tracking tools.
- Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts supporting US Operations.
- Experience in healthcare logistics, pharmacy/laboratory operations, temperature-controlled shipments, or US logistics will be an added advantage.
