Role Description This is a full-time, on-site logistics role based in Delhi, India. The position involves coordinating daily shipment activities, including receiving, sorting, dispatching, and tracking deliveries. The role includes working with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, resolving delivery issues, and maintaining records of shipments and inventory.

Responsibilities also include supporting export documentation when needed, monitoring logistics performance metrics, and recommending process improvements for greater efficiency. The team member will interact with customers and stakeholders to provide status updates,



address concerns, and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective interaction with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret logistics data, monitor performance, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Supply Chain Management to coordinate shipments, manage inventory flows, and optimize logistics operations.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Export processes, documentation, and compliance requirements, especially for international shipments.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include attention to detail, basic computer proficiency (MS Office, spreadsheets, and logistics tracking tools), and the ability to work in a time-sensitive, high-volume environment.
- A diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field, along with prior experience in logistics or warehousing, will be an advantage.
