Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Hyderabad.

The Sales

Manager will lead and supervise a team of financial advisors, drive loan product sales, and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.

Responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring team performance, training and mentoring team members, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and partner financial institutions. The role involves regular client meetings, pipeline management, reporting on sales metrics,



and maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.

The Sales

Manager is expected to identify new business opportunities, support marketing initiatives, and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, including target achievement, pipeline management, and customer relationship building.
- Team leadership capabilities, with experience in supervising, coaching, and motivating sales or advisory teams.
- Knowledge of loan products and retail finance, and ability to explain financial solutions clearly to customers.
- Proficiency in communication and negotiation, with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort with basic data analysis, reporting tools, and using CRM or sales management software.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in financial services, banking, or loan distribution is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
