- Welcome walk-in customers, clients, and guests immediately with a qualified and friendly demeanor.

- Offer immediate assistance and refreshments (tea, coffee, water) to waiting customers.

- Maintain digital or physical visitor logs, recording customer details, contact numbers, and walk-in/tele-in timestamps.

- Track daily footfall and generate routine visitor reports for management.

- Connect incoming guests promptly with the appropriate Sales Consultant or Service Advisor.

- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls through the central switchboard.

- Ensure the reception desk, customer lounge, and surrounding lobby areas remain clean, organized, and stocked with promotional brochures or refreshments.

- Capture initial customer feedback/queries and assist with basic product or dealership information when sales staff are busy.
