- Generate and qualify leads for SME/business loans through outbound calls.
- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable financing opportunities.
- Schedule meetings for the Sales Manager and follow up with prospects.
- Maintain lead data and coordinate with the sales team for further processing.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and calling targets.

Key Requirements

- Experience in Telecalling / Business Loan Sales / DSA / NBFC / Banking / Financial Services • Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English • Solid follow-up and convincing skills • Comfortable speaking with business owners • Candidates with Credit Card & Personal Loan experience are not considerable.
