Roles & Responsibility:

- Audit of loan files to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as RBI / NHB regulations.
- To identify and document issues, discrepancies & non compliances.
- Analyse data, reports & records to identify revenue leakages.
- Communicate audit findings with stakeholders & to get proper closures.
- Identify areas for improvement in existing processes and procedures, suggesting changes to enhance efficiency and control.
- Maintain comprehensive audit work papers, prepare audit reports, and track the status of audit findings.

Key Skills required:

- Experience in loan auditing or working in financial services industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and collaboration.
- Ability to identify, analyse, and resolve audit issues and recommend solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office & related financial system.

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

- Semi-qualified CA / Bachelor's Degree: Preferably in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of work experience in internal audit / Concurrent Audit of NBFCs or Banks.
