Role Description The LLM Engineer Trainer role is a part-time, remote position responsible for designing and delivering training focused on Large Language Models (LLMs) and applied AI. Day-to-day tasks include creating curriculum and learning materials, preparing coding exercises and projects, and presenting live or recorded instructional sessions. The trainer will guide learners through concepts such as prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, evaluation, and integration of LLMs into applications, while providing feedback on assignments and answering technical questions.

The role also involves collaborating with the team to improve course content, staying current with industry developments in generative AI,



and ensuring that training materials are inclusive, clear, and accessible to learners with diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications

- Strong technical skills in machine learning and deep learning, including experience with Large Language Models (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar frameworks).
- Proficiency in programming for AI applications (e.g., Python, relevant ML libraries such as PyTorch or TensorFlow) and experience with prompt engineering or LLM integration.
- Ability to design and structure educational content, including courses, modules, practical exercises, and assessments tailored to different learner levels.
- Effective communication and teaching skills, with the capacity to explain complex technical topics in clear, accessible language for diverse audiences.
- Experience working in remote, collaborative environments, with strong time management and organizational skills suitable for a part-time schedule.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in AI engineering or applied ML.
- Prior experience mentoring, teaching, or conducting technical training in AI or software engineering is highly beneficial.
- Interest in ethical AI, responsible model usage, and continuously staying updated with new tools, techniques, and best practices in the AI ecosystem.
