We are looking for a LinkedIn Outreach Specialist (BD) with a strong Business Development / Sales mindset to generate qualified leads and business conversations for our clients.

This is not a conventional sales role selling Lucien Solutions' services. You will work across different client accounts and manage their LinkedIn and online business-development outreach.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand the client's business, target audience and ideal prospects.
- Research companies, decision-makers and potential prospects.
- Build prospect lists using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer and similar platforms.
- Create personalized connection requests, messages and follow-ups.
- Manage the outreach process from prospecting to lead qualification.
- Identify genuine business opportunities and qualified leads.
- Track outreach, responses, follow-ups and lead status.
- Continuously improve targeting,



messaging and outreach tactics based on results.
- Manage outreach for multiple client accounts and adapt to different businesses.

Requirements

- Experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, SDR/BDR or LinkedIn Outreach.
- Strong BD and results-oriented mindset.
- Experience with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience with Upwork, Freelancer or similar online platforms is highly desirable.
- Strong research, written communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to identify relevant prospects and generate meaningful business conversations.
- Comfortable with cold outreach, targets and changing tactics based on results.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts.

Freshers without relevant BD/outreach experience may not be the right fit for this role.

Nature of the Role

You will work on behalf of our clients, not directly sell Lucien Solutions' services. You will be expected to understand different client businesses, target audiences and offerings and execute their business-development outreach accordingly.
