Role Description The Linkedin Specialist will manage and grow clients’ LinkedIn presence by planning and executing platform-specific content and engagement strategies. This full time, on-site role in Mumbai involves creating and optimizing LinkedIn posts, articles, and profiles, while maintaining a consistent brand voice geared toward educators and trainers. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting audience and industry research, scheduling and monitoring content performance, engaging with followers and communities, and identifying opportunities for lead generation and networking.

Qualifications

- Strong LinkedIn platform expertise, including profile optimization, content formats, analytics, and best practices.
- Skills in social media content planning, copywriting, and basic visual content coordination.
- Research and analytical skills to understand target audiences, track performance metrics, and refine strategies.
- Knowledge of personal branding and social media marketing, particularly for educators, coaches, and trainers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to adapt tone for professional audiences.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines on-site.
- Experience with social media management tools and basic understanding of SEO for social profiles is beneficial.
- Prior experience in a social media, digital marketing, or creator-focused role; agency experience in Mumbai is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
