About the Role

We are looking for Linguistic Experts / Language Specialists to join a project focused on improving the ability of AI systems to understand and work with multiple Indian languages.

As a Linguistic Expert, you will work closely with our AI and technology teams to guide, evaluate, and improve AI-generated language content . Your expertise will help ensure that AI systems understand language accurately and produce outputs that are natural, grammatically correct, contextually appropriate, and aligned with the intended meaning.

This is an prospect to work at the intersection of language and AI , and contribute to the development of multilingual AI technologies.

What You’ll Do

- Review and evaluate AI-generated language content for accuracy, grammar, meaning, and contextual relevance.
- Provide linguistic feedback to help improve AI systems and language models.
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, ambiguities, and language-specific challenges in AI outputs.
- Ensure that language content is natural, clear, culturally appropriate, and faithful to the intended meaning.
- Support translation, linguistic review, and language-quality evaluation activities.
- Help establish and maintain language-specific quality standards and guidelines.




- Work with AI and technology teams to identify areas where AI performance can be improved.
- Contribute to language data and evaluation activities as required by the project.
- Maintain consistency and accuracy across large volumes of language content.

Languages We’re Looking For We are looking for candidates proficient in one or more of the following languages:

Hindi | Assamese | Kannada | Marathi | Bengali | Tamil | Konkani | Odia | Telugu | Punjabi | Urdu | Gujarati | Malayalam | Manipuri (Meitei)

Robust English proficiency is required.

What We’re Looking For

- Native or near-native proficiency in at least one of the listed Indian languages.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Excellent reading and writing skills in the relevant Indian language.
- Strong understanding of grammar, vocabulary, sentence structure, and contextual usage.
- Ability to identify subtle linguistic and contextual differences.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to communicate linguistic feedback clearly and effectively.
- Prior experience in translation, linguistics, language review, localization, content evaluation, or related fields is preferred.
- Experience working with AI, language models, datasets, or language technology will be an added advantage.
