Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Life Insurance Specialist at Mitra.

The Life Insurance

Specialist will advise customers on suitable life insurance products, explain policy features and benefits, and support them in making informed decisions. The role includes handling inbound and outbound inquiries, conducting needs-based assessments, and providing accurate information on coverage, premiums, and claims processes. Daily responsibilities involve managing a portfolio of prospects and customers, following up on leads, maintaining documentation in CRM systems,



and coordinating with internal claim experts to ensure smooth service.

The Life Insurance

Specialist will also contribute to sales targets, participate in training sessions, and provide feedback to improve products and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong Insurance and Life Insurance knowledge, with a clear understanding of policy structures, coverage options, and regulatory considerations.
- Insurance Sales and Sales skills to manage leads, convert prospects, and meet or exceed performance targets.
- Customer Service abilities to handle queries, resolve concerns, and deliver empathetic, solution-oriented support.
- Basic Finance and financial literacy skills to explain premiums, benefits, and value propositions clearly to customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with active listening and the ability to explain complex information in straightforward terms.
- Comfort with remote work, including proficiency with digital tools, CRM systems, and online communication platforms.
- Prior experience in life or health insurance, banking, or financial services is preferred.
- Relevant education in business, finance, insurance, or related fields is beneficial; applicable certifications or licenses are an advantage.
