- MCA fillings, Rent Agreement Drafting, Legal Documents.
- Letters drafting, Drafting of Resolutions etc.

Work experience and education:-
- 1-2 year as CS trainee or Legal Executive.
- Graduate or Pursuing Executive Course from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Job Location:- Alambagh, Lucknow (Native/permanent resident of Lucknow will prefer) Salary:- Rs.15,000 - 20,000/- per month + advantages
