- Prepare legal responses, documentation, and arguments to resolve these disputes effectively.

- Work closely with service and sales teams to gather evidence and resolve issues promptly to minimize escalation.

- Monitor updates in legal and regulatory frameworks affecting the automobile industry.

- Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including supplier agreements, dealership agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.

- Ensure contracts are legally sound and align with the company's interests.

- Represent or coordinate with external legal counsel for lawsuits, disputes, or claims involving the company.

- Handle legal aspects related to shareholder agreements, board resolutions, and corporate restructuring.

- Facilitate arbitration, mediation, or settlement negotiations in case of disputes.

- Handle labor law compliance and employee disputes if required.
