1. Vendor on-boarding- Process of vendor due diligence and on-boarding documentation compliance.
2. Customer contract summary maintenance- keep a valuable track of the customer summaries from various segments.
3. Document vetting- Drafting and Vetting of customer and vendor services agreements and NDAs.
4. Liaison between various departments Effective Communication and coordination with various stakeholders to accomplish Legal support.
5. Intercompany SOWs- Creation and maintenance of intercompany SOWs between the various companies.
6. Litigation Management Liaison with external Legal Counsel regarding Legal cases and obtain all the evidence/case facts from the concerned internal team.
7. Legal Research – Conduct research on Legal matters and update the Legal Head.
