Job Summary

We are looking for a Legal Coordinator with 1–2 years of experience .

Main Duties

- Document Management: Organizes and keeps track of legal files, contracts, and papers.
- Communication: Talks with clients, lawyers, and courts to share updates.
- Scheduling: Sets up meetings, hearings, and important calendar dates.
- Research: Looks up basic legal facts and checks local rules.
- Compliance: Helps make sure the office follows all laws and company rules.

Required Skills
- Organization: Handles many files and strict deadlines at the same time.
- Communication: Speaks and writes clearly to share information with different teams.
- Software: Uses basic computer tools like Microsoft Office and legal tracking systems.
- Attention to Detail: Spots missing signatures or errors in paperwork
