Key Responsibilities:

Drafting, vetting, and finalizing agreements, lease deeds, and land title deeds.

Handling legal documentation from land procurement stage to disposal of flats.

Ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements related to property transactions.

Coordinating with external legal consultants, government authorities, and registration offices.

Candidate Profile:

- Law graduate with valid enrollment as an Advocate.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate, property law, and construction sector.
- Solid knowledge of agreements, lease deeds, land title verification, and registration procedures.
