Company Description

NoobSync Innovations is a technology services company that helps businesses adopt AI, automate operations, modernize cloud infrastructure, migrate systems, and optimize technology costs. We support small and medium enterprises and growing businesses across India and international markets, providing skilled technical talent and practical, scalable solutions.

Our work spans AI, automation, cloud, cybersecurity, and career education. We focus on implementations that align technology with business goals. Our team collaborates in an environment that values ownership, adaptability, learning, confidentiality, and client success.

Role Description The Legal & Compliance Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for managing NoobSync’s day-to-day legal requirements and strengthening its legal and regulatory compliance framework. We are looking for an experienced professional who can provide practical advice, prepare sound documentation, identify risks, and take ownership of matters through to resolution.

The role includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating client contracts, service agreements, NDAs, vendor agreements, partnership agreements, and institutional MOUs. The manager will also prepare and maintain employment agreements, internship documents, consultant agreements, confidentiality undertakings, intellectual property provisions, and internal policies.

Working closely with leadership and HR, the manager will advise on employee and intern matters, grievances, disciplinary procedures, exits, and disputes. Responsibilities also include reviewing legal notices and complaints, preparing appropriate responses, and coordinating with external advocates for litigation or specialist advice.

The manager will support intellectual property protection, privacy and data protection requirements, software licensing,

and legal risk assessments for new products, services, partnerships, and markets. They will monitor relevant legal developments and explain their impact on the company’s activities.

The role involves coordinating with the company’s CA, external CS, and other advisers to track applicable compliance obligations, responsibilities, and deadlines. The manager will maintain a central repository of contracts, legal records, notices, renewal dates, and dispute documentation, while providing clear updates and timely escalation to leadership.

Responsibilities also include coordinating responses to communications from government departments, regulators, and police authorities, arranging appropriate local support when required, and supporting internal compliance awareness and training.

Candidates from all Indian states are welcome. Familiarity with Andhra Pradesh laws and administrative procedures, along with Telugu proficiency, is preferred but not mandatory. Occasional travel to Andhra Pradesh or other locations may be required.

This is an in-house position. Court proceedings will be managed through external practising advocates, with the Legal & Compliance Manager responsible for briefing, documentation, coordination, and follow-up.

- Ability to work independently in a remote, full-time role while collaborating with leadership, HR, operations, finance, and external advisers.
