About the Role

We are looking for a Legal Associate – Real Estate & Property Law to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh law graduates who are interested in building their careers in non-litigation, property transactions, title verification, legal documentation, and land law.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct property title verification and prepare title reports

- Perform due diligence for land and property transactions

- Review Sale Deeds, Gift Deeds, Wills, Partition Deeds, Khata Extracts, RTCs, Encumbrance Certificates, and other property records

- Assist in drafting and vetting Sale Agreements, Lease Deeds, Construction Agreements, and Power of Attorney documents

- Maintain legal documentation and reports

- Support senior lawyers with real estate transactions, client queries,



and compliance audits

Requirements

- LL.B. from a recognized university

- Interest or academic exposure to Property Law, Transfer of Property Act, Land Acquisition, Stamp Act, RERA, etc.

- Robust legal drafting, document review, and research skills

- Reading Kannada is a must

- Familiarity with property verification and land records

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and documentation tools

- Strong attention to detail and integrity

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
