Role Description The Legal Advocate will work on-site in Pune in a full-time capacity, supporting clients across real estate, commercial, and compliance-related matters.
Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contractual agreements; providing legal advice on transactions and disputes; and managing legal affairs for a diverse client base. The role involves conducting legal research, preparing legal opinions, and assisting with litigation strategy and documentation.
The Legal
Advocate will collaborate with senior professionals, attend client meetings, and support due diligence,
risk assessments, and regulatory compliance. The position requires proactive case management, clear communication, and a strong focus on accuracy and ethical practice.
Qualifications
- Robust foundation in Law and Legal Affairs, with the ability to interpret and apply statutes, case law, and regulations.
- Experience providing Legal Advice to clients on real estate, commercial transactions, and compliance-related matters.
- Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Contractual Agreements and related legal documentation.
- Competence in Negotiation, including resolving disputes and aligning stakeholder interests in complex transactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B); additional specialization or LL.M in corporate, commercial, or real estate law is an advantage.
- Prior experience working in a law firm or in-house legal department, preferably in real estate or commercial law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong legal drafting and research capabilities.
- High level of professional integrity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple matters within deadlines.
- Comfort working on-site in Pune, with readiness to attend client meetings, hearings, and field visits when required.
