Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance in the insurance industry.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify gaps in employee knowledge and skills, and develop customized training solutions.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to track employee progress, monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, and analyze training effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop organizational development strategies that align with business objectives.
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field.
- Robust understanding of LMS, TNA, training delivery, management, and learning principles.
- Proven ability to design engaging training programs that drive business results.
