Overview

We are looking to recruit high-performing Lead Specialist / Project Management professionals to join the GBS UK & US Division within GCoE.

The role is a key part of the Change Management function, enabling delivery across:

- Project & Program Management
- Business Analysis
- Portfolio Governance
- Business & Digital Transformation initiatives

Responsibilities:

Responsible for supporting structured delivery of projects and change initiatives, ensuring solutions are effectively implemented and embedded within the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Support project initiation and planning, defining approach, timelines, resource requirements & cost estimates
- Assist in establishing clear scope, deliverables, success criteria, and business case alignment
- Enable structured governance, including maintenance of RAID logs, risk tracking, and mitigation actions
- Track and manage project progress, dependencies, and delivery against timelines, quality, and cost

Stakeholder & Team Engagement

- Collaborate with global stakeholders to align on scope, priorities, and delivery outcomes
- Build strong working relationships across Business,



Operations, and Technology teams
- Provide direction and support to project team members to ensure effective execution
- Coordinate with technology teams and external vendors to integrate deliverables into the overall project plan

Reporting & Communication

- Develop high-quality presentations and documents for stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Translate complex information into clear, concise insights and updates
- Support communication of project progress, risks, and outcomes across audiences

Change & Continuous Improvement

- Support delivery of the GCoE change agenda, including transformation and integration initiatives
- Contribute to process improvements and best practice development within the Change function
- Stay informed of industry trends and emerging practices to enhance delivery capability
- Share learnings across the Change community to improve effectiveness

About you

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Project Management certification (PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile) – preferred

- Technical Knowledge

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)

- Exposure to financial services / insurance domain

- Working knowledge of risk, compliance, and regulatory considerations

- - Experience & Core Skills

- Proven experience in end-to-end project / change delivery within time-bound environments

- Demonstrated ability to manage projects with technology components





- Solid capability to engage, influence, and build relationships across stakeholders

- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and evolving business environments
