Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to optimize costs, improve quality, and enhance supplier relationships.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors to achieve cost savings, fixed asset acquisition, and capital expenditure management.
- Manage vendor performance through regular monitoring and improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that drive business value.
Job Requirements :
- Qualified CA or ICWA
- 7-20 years of experience in procurement or a related field (e.g., engineering & construction).
- Solid understanding of capex, capital expenditure, commercial negotiations, cost optimization, cost saving strategies.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders across various functions.
