We’re looking for an experienced Lead Python Developer to lead the development of scalable, enterprise-grade backend systems and drive technical initiatives.

Position Details

- Location: Indore (Hybrid)
- Experience: 8+ years
- Shift: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM

What You’ll Do
- Design and build scalable applications, REST APIs, and microservices using FastAPI, Flask, or Django
- Optimize performance, reliability, and security
- Integrate AI/ML models, third-party APIs, and enterprise systems
- Lead code reviews, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Shape system architecture and technical decisions alongside architects and stakeholders
- Mentor engineers and drive automation initiatives

What We’re Looking For
- Solid Python and OOP skills, with async and multi-threading knowledge
- Solid experience with REST APIs, authentication/authorization, and microservices
- Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis
- Hands-on experience with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Cloud experience on Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus
- Agile/Scrum experience




- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have
- Generative AI experience
- Cloud certifications in Azure, AWS, or GCP
