Job Summary

Beauto Systems is hiring a Lead Java Developer with 5-6 years of experience to lead backend development, build scalable microservices, and mentor the engineering team. Beauto Systems Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and technically strong Lead Java Developer to spearhead backend engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate must have deep expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and enterprise-grade application architecture.

You will lead development efforts, define coding standards, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable backend systems. This is a work-from-office role requiring a proactive and responsible individual capable of independently handling critical modules.

Responsibilities

- Lead design, development, and deployment of backend systems using Java and Spring ecosystem.
- Architect scalable and secure REST APIs and microservices.
- Define coding standards, enforce best practices, and conduct code reviews.
- Collaborate with UI/UX, product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Optimize application and database performance and troubleshoot bottlenecks.
- Ensure thorough unit testing and integration testing practices.
- Guide and mentor junior developers and support technical problem-solving.
- Own end-to-end development lifecycle including requirement analysis, deployment, and maintenance.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for codebase, architecture, and deployment pipelines.




- Contribute to CI/CD improvements, automation, and DevOps workflows.

Requirements

- Strong command over Core Java, Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.
- Experience with Microservices architecture, API gateway, and asynchronous systems.
- Hands-on experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL and knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Proficiency in Hibernate, JPA, and database performance tuning.
- Experience using Git, Bitbucket, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Jenkins.
- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks like JUnit/TestNG and Mockito.
- Understanding of secure coding principles, OAuth2, and RBAC.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science/IT or related field (Master's preferred).
